As already noted, this is no longer an issue. I find it odd that you say you played the first Conduit yet it was the first title that started the camera fix thing to begin with.
You should also play Wii FPS's with yoru arm already in a rested position such as the chair, couch, your lap, etc.... You don't need to hold your arm out to point at all for any game.
