It's the standard age where a person is considered to have the necessary psychological development to understand sex and it's consiquences and to be truly capable of making the decision to have sex. It has nothing to do with culture. Hundreds of years ago modern psychology didn't exist. This boy was obviously mnipulated and coerced into having sex. The fact that he went to a consular about this proves that he was disturbed by the experience. Just because he's a guy, and his abuser was a woman doesn't mean that the abuse isn't real, or that he'll somehow be less scarred by this experience than say a woman raped by a man. I've read articles and confessions of guys that were sexually abused by women, and trust me the effects are of their abused are very real and traumatizing. Any woman that has sex with a child is a perverted rapist and a pedo/hebephile that should rot in jail. |
This is complete BS, some people doesn't have that necessary psychological requirements for sex in their 50s. Someone might be ready at 12, 14, someone never. You can't put an age restriction on this, especially when it's a jailbait. Thanks god for our country, where you can have sex without legal consequences since 14 years.
If you were to set an age restriction by psych. req. you'd have to do that by case, which is impossible. As long as it's not forced, I don't care what the age is. Most girls at 14 years are more than capable to process "sex", you'd be surprised to know what some of them think about those restrictions.
Poor americans.
