Sorry, it was the '360 becoming the console of choice' bit that got me plus I'd just read the 'PS3 having a better year than 360/Wii' thread. I couldn't contain myself.
I'd prefer to be called biggest Nintendo fanboy than most defensive Wii fan. I'm not defending Wii, I just think that 4 weeks is a bit early to start deciding what the most popular console is. Kinda sounds like doom. I'll still take it as a compliment though.

Well, I don't think anything is set in stone in terms of places this xmas. Next week is the slim launch though, and it's been a sellout, the 360 will outsell the Wii at least 2 months in a row .. that has to mean some sort of market shift?
Xmas sales will be interesting to watch!

I agree, I think 360 could outsell Wii for longer than 2 months this year. If it was holiday season and 360 outsold Wii for 2 months, I still think it would be too early to talk about market shifts. If Kinect does do well, I see it doing better Xmas '11 than '10.
I'm not doing any Xmas predictions until I know when Wii Party and the 3DS are being released.
