I have been buying third party games: some of which are excellent and well worth keeping: Monster Hunter Tri and Tatsunoko vs Capcom being the pinnacle this year and then there are others that are decent and worth a play through such as Red Steel 2, No More Heroes 2, Muramasa and Fragile Dreams. Of course there's also WiiWare like Bit.Trp Runner and Art of Balance, both of which are utterly compelling.
I'm looking forward to Epic Mickey, Goldeneye, Black Ops, Conduit 2, Arc Rise Fantasia and Trackmania.
There's plenty of good stuff out there just some of them end up being traded in. Monster Hunter is not one of those!!
I personally don't see HD games as being better quality than the last-gen games. Many of them just feel the same to me. If anything I'm with Malstrom on this issue. Bags of mostly hype.
