I'd say Uncharted 2. When I look at weekly sales it sells almost as well as GoW III right now and has a lead of around 700.000 units. I would expect Uncharted 2 to end up with around 5 million sales and GoW III with around 4.5 million.
Anyway, both games deserve much more sales IMO.
