Tie between Uncharted: Drake's Forture, and SMG.
They were pretty different - I wasn't really expecting SMG to be that great because I'm not too fond of the Wii, but it was extremly good. Uncharted was the type of the game that I wanted and it delivered on every aspect and was more fun then I could have hoped for, even with big expectations.
