Will PS Move sell to non PS3 owners?

Why would someone purchase MOVE if they don't have a PS3 O.o     Just kidding.    :D

Seriously, I doubt it. It'll probably sell to existing owners. Then, it might create a name for itself and sell to non PS3 owners. I doubt it though.
