The architecture looks like it is straight out of Dragon Age: Origins.
Now, if I can burn down player houses and spend hours tunneling uner their walls or picking away at their foundation with a pickaxe, then I would have a hard time resisting not picking this up. I can just imagine tunneling under palatial guild houses, setting dynamite in the 4 corners of the foundation and giggling with maniacal joy as I pull the trigger and watch the guild house collapse and kill everyone in side.
