If one project got cannibalized to make it, it would've been RE PSP, but my guess is Sony threw a little something Capcom's way so they could announce [UNTITLED HANDHELD RESIDENT EVIL PROJECT] as a PSP game, before Capcom had really even gotten past the basic planning stages.
