Square-Enix doesn't understand why US gamers don't like turn-based battles

I like turn-based battles, golden sun books 1&2 are my favorite RPG to this day and their turn based. the battle systems that I find a little annoying are real-time battles(the ones even if you hit the menu button the game still continues...like demon souls, infinite undiscovery, bladedancer, WKC.)
