Yeah, the best perfect match I'm sure of the numbers of is 27-0-0 in Modern Warfare 2. I've done it twice, oddly enough. (Exactly 27.)
That's counting killstreaks. If you don't count killstreak kills, the first time I went 27-0 I think 18 of them were non-killstreak kills, but I'm not positive.
[edit: Oh yeah, and the first time I did it, I had NEVER gotten a perfect match with 10 or more kills in MW2 (there's an accolade for it), and I didn't want to risk not getting it, so I hid like a coward for the last 3 or 4 minutes of the match.
