Nobody is going to buy a PS3 just for Move, so needs to focus its marketting on its existing user base, and I'm not sure there is a huge market for more core based motion controls. Besides, Nintendo is already bringing motion control to the core domain, and it's called Zelda: Skyward Sword.

Well more power to him if he is willing to fork out $460 for the console and accessories. What I should have said is VERY FEW people interested in motion controls enough to buy a console for it would buy PS3 just for Move. Most of these consumers probably already own a Wii, or rather buy a Wii, which is only $200 and comes with a motion controller Wii Sports Wii Sports Resort.
