Note the first paragraph; "Microsoft has announced Konami as the publisher of Xbox 360 exclusive Ninety-Nine Nights 2." 

 

I know what MGS is and the Eurogamer article basically just said Microsoft announced Konami as the publisher of the 360 title.

Secondly, look below at the wikipedia link (which you gave) under which party the titles are. NNN3 is listed as a third party title. This isn't a very good argument you guys are throwing at me. As I said, it's not Microsofts and I am sure no other company would want the title even if Microsoft dropped it.
