These kind of pronouncements only invite more hackers into hacking the 3ds when it comes out. Now that someone has basically said that only a genius would be able to hack it then he just signalled the race to who will be the first to hack it and gain the glory of becoming a genius. Years ago someone said that same thing about DVD's. If I'm not mistaken DVD's were hacked in less than a year.
