The Commodore64 had tons of games on it, computers in general had.  So don't tell us that if it wasn't for Miyamoto there wouldn't be videogames because that's not true.


Commodore64 failed though, it doesn't matter if it came first, it wouldn't have carried on gaming. All of the game systems and developers before Miyamoto failed. If it wasn't for him and Nintendo, the third generation would have never taken off and would have just been the final deathblow to gaming.
