I don't know about that Kylie Dog. Chris seems to have lost half his IQ points in RE5. I mean the RE1/RE:CV version of Chris wouldn't have been that dense about who Jill is like his RE5 rendition. Maybe the steroids ruined his deductive reasoning?
Leon's personality did change in between RE2 and RE4 but that makes perfect since. He was a rookie in RE2 with no experience with zombies/t-virus infected people. Come to think of it was Leon's first day on the job in RE2. In RE4 he was veteran with years of experience in dealing with outlandish situations (RE2, RE:DSC). Leon's RE4 and Resident Evil Degeneration personalities are identical.
