Nintendo go Harcore next gen? they do the 2 previous gen and we see what's happened!

nintenod had a bad brand name thats why they lost not because of going hardcore

you really think they won this gen because of not going hardcore? - no they didn't,as they would have been again overshadowed had the PS3 been $249.the PS3's expensive price let Wii get the attention and now having a bigger brand they can go back to hardcores

it's useless because of the "Kiddy" image Sega and sony stick to them. The so called "hardcore" gamers will be ashamed to buy and play a  "kiddy" console from the brand they bashed so much before...

no they won't.it depends more on the brand power and price at launch

Also the expended audience just bring some sells too, they are likely to work on the both audience, their core audience and the expended one.

yes they will try to keep the casual audience but get the hardcores back from their NES,SNES days

The projector is a nice idea, at least it can allows to every one to get the same or similar experience without the different kind of TV concern. The pico projectors are getting cheaper and cheaper, just the quality is not really there.

again what does it bring to gaming??????????

Back on the topic, maybe 3D will be a secret feature as for the Gamecube.

there is nothing secret and 3D is not something they do additionally for the console.if the console has enough power and  good video output port then any developer can make a 3D game for that system

It could be possible Nintendo ask again the designer of the graphic chip to make it possible to render to 2 different pictures (speaking of that, i am curious if this fonction had been removed or keep on the wii).

again their isn't any additional thing that they do to install 3D in a system.

it is only that if Wii goes 3D then its graphics will degrade to half of their current quality

and the other one Wii has a component video option which can do upto 1080p single image,so it can't do a 3D image for Wii any more than 720p.but this won't matter as Wii doesn't have the processing power for 720p games as their games are itself 480p so they will only be able to do 360p 3D

third the TV should recognize the 3D output from Wii and so firmware would have to be tweaked
