I'd like to see Kirby and Donkey Kong Country as neither has seen a console version since the N64 so they are overdue.

Eventually - Everything else - Luigi (Mansion sold great), Yoshi, FZero. I doubt Earthboard would sell in NA except to a small dedicated group.
For DS:
Super Smash Bros - And if you have both you unlock an extra character in each version!!
