IGN: Top 25 Animated Movies of All-Time (?)

I read this thread before, but I guess I never commented.  I have little experience with Japanese animation, so I won't comment on that.

As for the western animation, there are some very strange omissions in that list, and what they do have is in an odd order.  Toy Story was better than its sequel (I haven't seen the third).  South Park should not be on the list at all.  Iron Giant is way too high, if it should be in the list at all.  No Shrek, no Aladdin.  The list just seems to have a strong bias toward newer movies.
