Why do you think your Wii is not up to date?  If it says version 4.3U, then you are up to date.

Don't tell me you are talking about that message that Nintendo sent out telling people to update.  That doesn't go away after the update.

no the fact that i can't go into the shop channel until i "Update" the wii menu =s.
