You know, as much as I LOVED Soul Silver when I first started playing it, I'm really surprised that I just couldn't finish the dang game. I was really close to finishing the game when I just lost interest for some reason, and it's weird because the original Pokemon Silver is my favorite game of all time. I guess it all started going downhill when I didn't enjoy Pokemon Platinum all that much.
