I did wait once but I also had an appointment at a later time which allowed my staff and I to bypass the line completely.

That goes for both Zelda and the 3DS.

Being media definitley has it's privelages at E3.   Only about 5 out of every 100 people are actually media.  The rest are exhibitors or retail employees (who have the pay $400 to attend and wait in those long lines).
