It's not the extreme Christianity that's really funny, it's the rant about soccer and socialism he has. Either way, I'm sorry if I caused offence.
Anyway people do make fun of Islam too, did you see draw Mohammed day? People were full on pretending to be Mohammed and saying outrageous stuff (or what Mohammed should have said). It was full on mocking of Islam to the Nth degree.
Another example I can give is a British Television programme called Monkeydust. There is a recurring sketch in that show about a fanatic muslim extremist, and it rips them to shreds. Here's some clips, I hope you find it funny.
