I find it rather funny that people are defending this article, 3D PS3 games can be played on glasses free 3D TVs, only issue is the people making glasses free 3D TVs isn't Sony, the whole idea is centering around Sony making various products that support their other products, so they must dismiss any comments that would break that cycle, it goes a bit like this.
Get a PS3 -> 3D Blu-rays and 3D games, if you have the 3D Blu-rays and games you need something to play it on so...
3D games and movies -> 3D TVs, this is where they want you to buy THEIR TVs and various products they produce.
Nintendo states its more convenient to the user to have glasses free 3D, people are likely to listen... who makes glasses free 3D? Nintendo with 3DS and Intel's 3D HDTV, and it breaks the cycle of buying Sony brand which isn't what they want.

would be bet on sony NOT making a glassless free tv in the future?

I never stated that, in all likelihood if they don't they won't be able to compete with other companies, so it would be asinine to bet that Sony won't do it, but then they'll be hyping up glasses free 3D and going against this statement we're discussing
