Most of the old "this PS3 game is coming to 360" all proved true. The only rumors that could be legit are possible ports of the FFXIII series to the 360 and Wii for some spinoff games, like FFXII:RW were.

 1. Depends on whether the manufacturing costs drop below $300. If not, then a $50 drop is likely.

 2. I'm not claiming MGS4 will be ported to the 360, but with all the rumors of PS3 games before, the Sony fanboys grasp at straws to claim it's impossible for the same to happen to MGS4.
