This will likely be the high point for 360, all pre orders are pretty much filled, and the older consoles are slowly selling out in America. Combined with a Monster Hunter release in Japan and a full week of discounts in Others and you have a very solid week.
Next week should see a decline in America and Japan and maybe a slight increase in Others. I would imagine next week it will be below Wii again but still above PS3.
However, one thing that should be encouraging to PS3 owners is software totals in a week where they were outsold 100k in hardware Sony soundly defeated the 360 in software.
Otherwise a very good week for MS on the hardware side, Mario Galaxy 2 sold well again, Top 50 breakdown PS3 18, 360 12, Wii 10 (#1 overall but top loaded), DS 7, PSP 3.
Right now it looks like 360 should beat PS3 until the move launch.
