You are of course allowed to speculate, but like all comments on a forum you are still subject to inquiry from other posters, and I simply wish to know if you have reason to believe this or if it is just a "gut feeling".

Why don't you require those who make 500 million ++LT predictions reason why they think that way? They say: "Supply constrained, demand will increase, production will double or triple." How is that not speculation? If people could actually foresee future demand, there'd be no blunders any more in the industry (or any other industry for that matter).

I'm not saying Leo makes a whole lot of sense all the time, but neither do many of his "antagonists" in here. It seems that so long as the Wii is mentioned, any statement is viable by default.

Because JL comes back and admits when he is wrong, JL also posts huge explanations of why he thinks like he does. Also, I am on the record as disagreeing with most of his crazy predictions as well, but at least he was willing to have the conversation even if I disagree.

Leo never gives any justification as to why he feels the way he does, so I don't think it is too much to ask that he at least admit that it is pure speculation. I'm not saying he can't have his view, I just want to know why he has it, and if it is in fact baseless speculation then I think it is only fair he says as much.

For example, there was a thread recently where he gave justification as "its just a gut feeling I have". Since he admitted he had no basis for his opinion I didn't ask for one.

Ultimately it has nothing to do with leo and everything to do with wanting to understand where someone who has an opposite viewpoint comes from. It would be nice if leo explained his view rather than avoiding those who would ask.
