It is a shame but i believe that we may as well just give up on Tales of Graces and Tales of Vesperia for the PS3. I am pleased though, that talented, hardworking translators have made a patch for Tales of Innocence and are currently working on Tales of Hearts. This is very good news indeed.

Graces at least will probably get a fan translation.  They seem pretty easy to implement on Wii too going by the Fatal Frame trans/patch, you don't even need to mod your Wii or install HBC to play it.

That is true. I believe a number of people were interested in translating the game actually, including the same individuals who translated Fatal Frame 4 and the guy who did the Tales of Destiny PS2 translation. It appears as though this possible translation is a bit more underground than the likes of the Tales of Innocence project, but i do not believe that it has been abandoned at all. I recall there being minor translation snippets showcased around Youtube and such a couple months back too. Graces seems to be getting a lot of attention actually, i may have overlooked more possible translation attempts.

And yes you're right about the simplicity of patching Wii games. Riivolution is quickly gaining popularity among homebrew users and gets updated fairly regularly. I honestly believe if a full English translation patch for the game is released there'd be a sharp increase in the number of imported copies of the game. I too would would import if such an event occurred.

How technical is your game?
