I think it depends on the post slim sales numbers. If Xbox can do well compared to the PS3 (which I doubt after the first wave of "slim" adopters) than they won't, but if the slim introduction is just a sale spike after which the nubers returns to their previous levels (which I believe will happen), than they'll cut the price comming to the holidays, be it bundled with Kinect or standalone.
