Lego Harry Potter Casts Spell on the Charts
Developer Traveller’s Tales wave their magic wand again, this time turning the boy wizard into Lego with Warner Bros. Interactive’s ‘Lego Harry Potter: Years 1-4’ flying high at No1 this week, giving Warner Bros. their first UK All Formats No1. This means that after five weeks at the top Rockstar/Take2’s western ‘Red Dead Redemption’ (-32%) finally falls off the wagon down to No2. Nintendo’s ‘Super Mario Galaxy 2’ (-42%) and EA’s ‘2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa’ (-36%) also shuffle down a place at No3 and No4 respectively. 505 Games are in at No5 with cheeky title ‘Naughty Bear’ followed by another new entry, Namco Bandai Games’ ‘Demon’s Souls: Black Phantom Edition’ at No6. Ubisoft’s ‘Just Dance’ (-17%) therefore misses a beat with a drop to No7 and Activision Blizzard’s new entry ‘Transformers: War For Cybertron’ rolls out at No8. EA’s ‘Battlefield: Bad Company 2’ sneaks back into the top ten at No9, which means fellow FPS, Activision’s ‘Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2’, is down at No10. Also new in the charts this week is Disney’s ‘Club Penguin: Herbert’s Revenge’ at No18 and Activision Blizzard’s ‘Singularity’ at No38.
