Lair won't do squat in Japan. Its a classic, typical title that will (probably) sell well in the US & Europe - but flunk in Japan. Ninja Gaiden should do well in Japan, but I'll be surprised if it has even half the impact of Gundum Musou. Remember that Xbox/360 isn't that popular in Japan, so a lot less people have played it. As seems to be the trend with the PS3 - I see both as games that a PS3 owner could buy (i.e. "looking for something to play on my PS3"), rather than games that would make someone buy a PS3.
