I think some of these opinions are a bit misguided and you may want to look a little deeper than the surface.
1. Yes Rare did more, but what's the companies staff size. Could Rare be bigger than Retro? You may have a point, but without this detail your statement is unfair.
2. Retro didn't bail. They were iron handedly told to forced to make sure MP was of the highest quality. That was the nice term. The reality Nintendo told them to only make this game so it could get all the attention. Not fare to pass this judgement on Retro.

Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
