Except I did this in February and March...and apparently the games I traded in back then have to be refunded back to me and traded in again for the system. The problem is that they were worth 120 bucks 3 months ago but are worth 60 today according to their tradein values... So F them! |
Ugh that sucks. Yeah gamestop is so full of crap. They generally rip you off with trade ins, and any time you try to buy something there they're always trying to push extra crap on you like strategy guides and "insurance," garbage like that.. I just want my damn game!
The trade in for the new Xbox was the first time I went to gamestop in years, becuase it was actually one of the few good deals they had. I managed to get $200 bucks for a 5 year old Xbox 360 and accessories I don't need anymore. I would have just sold it on amazon, but I actually would have made less money on there, plus all the hassle of shipping everything out. Probably the one and only time I will chose gamestop over amazon for my gaming transactions.
