YES!  Any game NOT on the PC is an exclusive.

I believe you misunderstood. Red Dead Redemption PS3 is an exclusive because the PS3 version can ONLY be played on the PS3.

It sounds like you are saying that is a BAD thing.  The only thing left adding value to this thread is misunderstanding things on purpose.
