To be honest, I think those games while mostly appeal to those wo already own a Wii, just like Mario Galaxy did barely something for the hardware sales.

I think the marketing, but also the hype, started a little bit to  late for Xenoblade.

 

 

That's what people said about NSMB Wii, and now it is singlehandedly carrying the Wii in Japan.
