Where's the Forza 3/ODST Elite Spring  bundle? And the Banjo/Viva Pinata Arcade bundle?

And I didn't realize the 360 Slim price will INCREASE in Euro and Japan. Do not expect a boost there anymore, the new form factor will offset the price increase.
