Is Halo Wars REALLY an exclusive to the XBox 360?

I no longer have a 360. Just a PS3. Yet, I just got done with a session of Mass Effect 2. Explain please. I'm a punk that only owns a PS3, yet I'm playing your "exclusive"

also you must have a PC that can run the title at Medium quality at 30 or 60fps depending on the fps of the console version... other wise STFU

Obviously I do if I had just got done with a session of ME2 before I hopped in this thread....
