I am pretty confident that most WII games are not good. Only games like mario, zelda and the other firts party games actually deserve such sales. PS2 games were of quality and that is something the WII can't replicate at the moment.

you can and can't blame Nintendo on this.

its their fault that they made no effort for piracy and no effort to up their tech

and its third parties fault that they didn't do anything special for the wii.

I'm tired of hearing people say that third parties don't try much for the wii. Monster Hunter Trii is an awesome game and so is No more heroes and I'm sure many other games as well. The problem is, the wii owners buy mostly Mario and Party games. What would you do if you were a developer? Try to make a great game and get poor sales or make yet another "party" game with little effort and get great sales?

Which 3rd party Wii games deserve sales that didn't recieve them IYO?

The ones that I mentioned (MH3 and No more heroes), except if I'm wrong and they're not 3rd party.  The reason I mentioned these two is that they both received good reviews and every person I know who has played either one thought they were great games. Thus, I expected better sales.

you aren't the first person to bring up the " quality games don't sell on Wii" argument, so let me clear up a few things for everyone:

Monster Hunter Tri- 1.47m this is the best-selling console monster hunter yet.

No More Heroes- 0.48m one of Suda 51's best-selling games ever.

Tatsunoko vs. Capcom- 0.29m not only did this game exceed Capcom's expectations, it outsold the two DC Marvel vs Capcom games combined, as well as most of the other vs Capcom games individually.

BlazingAngels: Squadrons of WWII- 0.99m not quite an exemplary game, but it did outsell the 360 and ps3 versions combined, and it's not a nintendo or party game.
