Ok, several things:
1. Why excluding downloadable exclusives? Is it because it makes the 360 look better? If you include downloadable games, it isn't as pretty. The 360 has a glut of downloadables (due to the Indies game program), the most of any console, trailing the PC though.
2. I guess we also consider PS3 games as exclusive, if they also appear on the PSP. LittleBigPlanet and ModNation Racers are also PSP games, so if you want to play "exclusive" means ONLY ON ONE PLATFORM (ignoring the context where someone plays) then you can't include these. And when you do this, you happen to shortchange the Playstation owner, because LBP is a really good platformer. Who cares if you can play it on the PSP? Wait, handhelds stopped being platforms when you want to make an argument supporting any platform but the 360.
3. The PC is massive in the niches that aren't big on the PC. A LOT of strategy games, FPS, and massive multiplayer games on it.
And, who cares? Get the platform that plays the most of what you want, or you have the most friends with.
