I don't get it, isn't that a good thing? Why the :( , or are you :(  because you've lost BC?

BC is a big deal, same as losing all your data, there's no reason why they can't just fix it and send back the same system if you ask me, especially when you sell customers different skus, you buy a 60GB for 600 dollars and they're sending you a 300 dollar replacement and you've lost your data on top of it, I'd be a little pissed.
