Gran Turismo 5 to have weather, track creation, go kart, stunt arena

So I was reading up on Top Gear, and I thought it was only really popular in the UK, but apparently it has over 350 million viewers across the UK, EU, and Australia.  Having both the Top Gear Test Track and the Top Gear crew doing voice work for the game will be huge.
