Well to put it blunty Nintendo can only kill themselves a little like Sony have done. Microsoft aren't considered competition mainly because well everyone outside of the states knows how weak Microsoft's brand name is. Nintendo are right the only competition to themselves are themselves and Apple who ironically ahve just got higher valued than Microsoft.
