Why do I have to keep correcting you Avinash? Can you please get your facts straight. The PS3 has not been selling far weaker than the GCN. WW its outselling the GCN:

In Japan, its behind by what? 75,000? That's hardly, "far weaker":

The fact is that the GCN sold worse in its 2nd year than its first, and that's a console killer. There's no chance that'll happen with the PS3.
As far as your prediction, the PS2 & PS3 have outsold the Wii this year, so thus far you've gone backwards. Are we including the PSP as well? Because then it would just be embarrassing.
Prediction:
The PS2 & PS3 will outsell the Wii in 2008.
Lifetime sales of PS3 in Japan will be at least 8 million consoles.
