Sega's quality has been down the drain for years. They've made some games that are OK in the last 8 years (Beach Spikers, Monkey Ball, Panzer Dragoon: Orta, JSR), but they've not had a blockbuster hit since the Dreamcast.
It's pretty sad to see them like this.
