I would say that both sides of this would see the other’s approach as wasting money. Basically, for someone who is happy with DVD and is paying $5 per movie and $30 for a player a $300 Blu-Ray player and $35 is wasting money; at the same time the videophile would see throwing $5 for a movie that is obsolete as throwing their money away.
