How did YOUR predictions turn out?

I think I only placed hard prediction on the Wii, which I placed between 16.5-19.5 by end of year back in August.

I would have underpredicted 360, which I would have placed ~13-14.5 (I recall putting this somewhere, but can't find my post...)
Would have under'ed PS3 at 7-8M
I underestimated the impact of the short Wii supply on the other consoles.

I originally believed that Wii would take the world, but with further understanding of the 360 (still don't have one). I now think that it will win Europe this gen and possibly US and win Asia-Pac (excluding Japan). The 360 has a viral attach rate that will win the key gaming demographics, setting it up well for the next gen of console after the 360 (tho it's still FAR, far away)

Wii has simply not caught on in much of Europe, hence fertile grounds for 360.

I still think that PS3 will fail this gen.
