Your way of thinking seems to be common from what I've observed. For me, I play whatever games I want. If somebody wants to judge me on such a superficial level then they aren't worth my time as a friend or whomever they may be. I'm not going to give up my enjoyment because somebody, who isn't worth anything(imo), has some retarted opinion on the activity and their perception of me because of it. I'll probably be playing these games until I die, unless there is a good enough real reason for me not to.
