Some time ago I've read something about 300k but I can't recall the source. It's one of the most popular games to download from Playstation Store despite of the highest price. As for me $19.99 for such game is just a great deal.

According to VGC we have 8 millionsellers.
There is also MHF2, Wipeout, Tekken and Lumines. It's 12 games.
