Indeed though the way thi article is written it makes it as if it's all reliable. Kojima is best to show off his latest project at Japan like he did with MGS4. Also Kojima still has his MGS4 Engine that still hasn't been used since MGS4 (because MGS Rising is using a new engine to cater for Multiplat) and so Kojima may as well use the PS3 MGS4 Engine he has to make his next game. So until I see it for myself or unless Kojima san confirms it before TGS (which I doubt), then I'm not gonna believe this. But I want to believe that Kojima san's next project is a PS3 exclusive.

Just remember some things do get cancelled at last minute.
On neo-gaf an "insider" said lots of games get moved from E3 at the last minute due to conflicting announcements, so on and so forth, changes happen at last minute too sometimes.
