If England and USA both draw the same score, USA will proceed to the next round. This is because they have scored more goals in their drawed games.

USA = 1-1 and 2-2

ENG = 1-1 and 0-0

If England beat Slovenia by more than USA beat Algeria, England and USA will both go through. Really, Slovenia need to avoid defeat. Algeria can qualify if England lose to Slovenia and they beat USA by a margin of at least 2 goals.

so if slovenia avoids defeat and USA defeats Algeria, Slovenia and USA will proceed and England and Algeria will be eliminated????
